We've all been there in our sales career. Some are still there after years of selling. We have fallen into the "Raccoon Selling Process"©. Going to the same group of customers that have the same order patterns, dropping off parts, bringing breakfast tacos, kolaches, and homemade jerky. Ok, donuts, bagels, and creme cheese too I suppose, but this is Texas. The sales process of going down the same path each day to reach the same customer base seems like the right thing to do to build relationships and get to know the customer. But does it grow your sales? It might be the right Account Win Strategy for some accounts. Likely, it's not the best for too many customers.
